Ordering Instructions
If you are registering for the Bridges Conference, please note:
1. If you are only registering for Bridges and not ordering additional items, choose "Bridges Registration Only" under "Shipping" and click "Recalculate". There is no sales tax for the Bridges Registration items, even if you live in Arizona.
2. Please enter your name, affiliation, and country in the Ordering Instructions box, as you would like them to appear on your conference badge.
3. A participant list that includes e-mail addresses will be generated for the conference. If you don't want your e-mail address included, make a note in the Ordering Instructions box.
