$10.95 "House of Stairs" uses an unusual grid to provide a bewildering variety of perspectives of the same building, which is occupied by imaginary creatures called "curl-ups". The original was executed in 1951 as a lithograph. Poster dimensions: 31" x 18". [ Add to Cart] [ View Cart] |

$10.95 "Print Gallery" is based on a very clever distorted perspective grid. This allows Escher to depict a gallery in which a print hangs that the gallery itself is part of. There is a difficultly with the center point of this design, which Escher gets around by whiting out the center and placing his signature in it. Note that prints hanging in the gallery are Escher's. The original is a lithograph executed in 1956. Poster dimensions: 26" x 22". [ Add to Cart] [ View Cart] |
