You may still register for the 2008 Bridges Conference onsite in Leeuwarden using cash or check This page serves as the registration form for the 2008 Bridges Conference, to be held in Leeuwarder, The Netherlands, July 24-28. A receipt for your order will be e-mailed to you. It will be your only registration receipt; you should bring a copy with you to the conference. For more information about the conference, please visit the Bridges website. If you prefer, rather than paying online with a Visa or Mastercard, you may mail a check or money order (payable to Tessellations) to Tessellations at 3913 E. Bronco Trail, Phoenix, AZ 85044. "Click here" to download a pdf file with a registration form that you may print for this purpose. For presenters, overhead and LCD projectors will be available. If you need any additional equipment for your presentation, please make a note on the Shopping Cart page in the Ordering Instructions box. All correspondence regarding papers and presentations should be directed to Reza Sarhangi (rsarhangi@towson.edu). Please note: In the Ordering Instructions box on the Shopping Cart page, please note exactly how you wish your name and affiliation to appear on your conference badge. You should also note the name of the country that you represent. If you need to cancel your registration later on, please note that there will be a 10% processing fee, so that only 90% of the registration fee is refundable. |
