While we try to keep everything in stock, because we carry many unusual items, some of which are imported, we may occasionally be out of an item. If we can't ship your order within a week for any reason, we will notify you by e-mail.
Our web site is hosted on a secure server, and we use state-of-the art encryption technology to ensure the security of any information you send us. Shipping
Within the US, we normally ship either UPS Ground or Priority Mail, at our discretion. If you would like expedited shipping, please call or e-mail us for charges and availability. For shipping outside the US or Canada, please e-mail us with your list of items and we will let you know the shipping charge.
Returns
We warranty the quality of all of the items we carry and will replace any defective merchandise at no charge. We will also replace any items damaged during shipping at no charge. Please call or e-mail before returning any items. Items that are returned without authorization or without good cause will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
School Purchase Orders
Purchase orders from schools and other organizations are welcome. You can mail or fax an order to us at 3913 E. Bronco Trail, Phoenix, AZ 85044. The minimum dollar amount for a purchase order is $20.00.
